Cancellation Information
Right of Withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the date:
- on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the goods, provided you ordered one or more goods under a single order and they were delivered simultaneously;
- on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the last goods, provided you ordered multiple goods under a single order and they were delivered separately.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can do so by email: support@aurore-boutique.com. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery type other than the standard delivery we offer), promptly and no later than 30 days after receipt of your withdrawal notice.
For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Under no circumstances will this reimbursement incur any costs for you.
We may refuse reimbursement until we have:
- received the returned goods, or
- you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.
You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and no later than 30 days from the date on which you informed us of the withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the 30-day period has expired.
The direct costs of returning the goods are at your expense.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Exclusions and Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:
- for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and are manufactured based on an individual choice or decision by the consumer;
- for the supply of goods that can deteriorate quickly or have a limited shelf life;
- for the supply of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon in the contract, but which can only be delivered at the earliest 30 days after conclusion of the contract and whose value depends on market fluctuations;
- for the supply of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, with the exception of subscriptions.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:
- for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been broken after delivery;
- for the supply of goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other goods by their nature;
- for the supply of audio and video recordings and computer software in sealed packaging, if the seal has been broken after delivery.
